Sinoscience Fullcryo Technology Co.,Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fullcryo”) was founded in August 2016 with a registered capital of 330,366,774 Yuan in Beijing. Based on the decades of the large-scale cryogenic R&D, which was led by 2 generations of academicians of the Technical Institute of Physics and Chemistry, CAS, and the research achievements from national projects for key scientific equipment, which was supported by the fund of 360 million Yuan in two phases since 2010, Fullcryo has attracted various creative elements like famous experts and scholars domestic and abroad, resources in smart high-end equipment manufacturing, finance, industrial capital and management as a hi-tech company.
Fullcryo specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of large-scale cryogenic equipment with a working temperature below 20K that satisfy various large-scale scientific facility. In order to relax China’s helium demand requirement, we have developed LNG BOG helium extraction technology which is expected to change China’s heavy reliance on imported helium currently. In order to serve the booming hydrogen energy industry, we have developed a full-set solution for hydrogen liquefaction, liquefied hydrogen storage and transport and hydrogen filling station to substantially reduce the hydrogen storage and transportation costs and further promote the large-scale application of hydrogen energy. Moreover, we also actively engage in the release and sale of equipment that extracts industrial gases and rare gases and the supply of relevant gases. We aim to become a globally-leading manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and supplier of gas processing system solutions.
Fullcryo provides high-level product services with first-class standards, which has been widely recognized by mainstream customers. It is already starting to compete with international leading brand companies such as Linde and Air Liquide, with its market share domestically and abroad climbing steadily.
Over the years, we have made significant breakthroughs and progress in the company's four major business areas: 1. The first domestic 200W@4.5K helium refrigerator was exported to South Korea, followed by signing orders for more than a dozen large-scale helium refrigeration equipment, with capacities of 40L/h, 70L/h, 400W, 500W, 850W, 1kW, 2kW, and 4kW, fully occupying the domestic market; 2. The first domestic BOG helium extraction plant passed technical appraisal, with the maximum liquid helium production capacity reaching 42.9L/h and a helium extraction rate of 98%, becoming China's first example of commercial helium resource extraction from natural gas through an existing LNG plant; 3. Fullcryo provided key helium extraction units and complete liquefaction equipment for the Wanrui Natural Gas BOG Helium Project in Inner Mongolia, aiding the successful commissioning of the country's largest natural gas helium and liquid helium co-production project; 4. In the hydrogen energy industry chain, Fullcryo has made inroads into the liquid hydrogen field, successfully integrating a 1.5 tons/day hydrogen liquefier cold box unit. In conjunction with 9 other excellent domestic units, Fullcryo is the lead unit spearheading the national key R&D program "Key Special Project on Renewable Energy and Hydrogen Energy Technology" - a research project on key equipment and safety for liquid hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and refueling. The project aims to build a 5 ton/day fully domestic chain for key technologies and equipment for liquid hydrogen production, storage, transportation, and refueling safety, to completely break free from international embargoes and monopolies, and realize the demonstration operation of the first domestically produced set of liquid hydrogen plants and refueling stations in the future. Fullcryo has built large-scale liquid hydrogen plants ranging from 1.5 tons to 10 tons across China and has achieved the country's first export of large-scale hydrogen liquefaction equipment.
In the field of gas engineering, Anhui Fullcryo Haohai (one of Fullcryo’s subsidiary companies) independently developed a rare gas refining unit that has been successfully put into operation, with the purity of helium, neon, krypton, and xenon products reaching over 99.9995%, which is higher than the national standard for high-purity products, supporting major needs in China's aerospace, medical, electronics, and dark matter research fields. At the same time, Fullcryo Haohai's high-end green hydrogen energy project, with its hydrogen purification unit also successfully put into operation, can produce 9,760,000 (converted to standard conditions) Nm3 of high-purity hydrogen gas per year; Fullcryo’s first set of domestically produced 1.5TPD hydrogen liquefaction equipment with independent intellectual property rights has been successfully commissioned in Fuyang, Anhui, smoothly producing liquid hydrogen products with a purity of 99.9999%, and once completed, it can reach a capacity of 3,240,000 (converted to standard conditions) Nm3 of liquid hydrogen. Fullcryo’s industrial gas engineering projects have been fully implemented nationwide, with a total investment of over 600 million yuan, which not only provides users with leading integrated gas application solutions and vigorously promotes the resolution of the national strategic gas resource shortage, but also fully guarantees the company's revenue for the next five to ten years.
