Neon, helium, krypton and xenon rare gases are the pyramids in the field of industrial gases and national strategic resources because of their scarcity and difficulty in extraction. The rare gas refining equipment provided by Fullcryo helps the rapid development of high-end industries such as semiconductors.

The high purity electronic special gas project cooperated by Fullcryo and Haoyuan Group has independently developed the electronic special gas separation technology of the basic ultra-low temperature refrigerator, and the overall skid installation design of the equipment. The purity of neon, helium, krypt-xenon products can reach more than 99.9995%, and the extraction rate is more than 90%. The project has been successfully put into operation and operated stably.

Krypton-Xenon Refining Unit

  • The single-use chemical method (removal of hydrocarbons) and rectification method (purification process of krypton-xenon mixture) make the device safer and more reliable

  • Krypton and xenon extraction rate >90%, krypton purity >99.9995%, xenon purity >99.9995%

  • Safe and reliable: The krypton-xenon lean liquid is pressurized to more than 5.5MPa by a long-cycle reciprocating liquid pump and then vaporized, pressurized to supercritical to ensure that hydrocarbons will not be concentrated from liquid oxygen.
